Being a thermoset material, smartMELAMINE® can not be shaped by heat. However, with the addition of a small amount of binders or a thermoplastic substrate, smartMELAMINE® can be thermoformed just like conventional thermoplastic materials.

20 microns
or down to

FILTRATION
With the ability to produce fibers with a diameter of 1 micron or even below, the nonwoven is applicable for the use in filtration applications.
